In 2016, some of DC’s food and restaurant experts guided her on a delicious journey, with each location chosen for its importance in the local food scene. Here, Barlow depicts the popular Georgetown Cupcakes before the quintessential DC cherry blossoms. She was accompanied on this tidal basin trip by food PR specialist Jennie Kuperstein.
