DescriptionAll of Ryan Carr Johnson’s work is forged though the same highly systemic process of layering paint atop sub-structures and objects. The only variable unique to the "being between opposites" piece is the continuous amount of layering completed to the point of negating the substructure beneath. (Similar to an original image that is repeatedly photocopied, each cycle further distorting the image from the original).
