Heide G. Castleman

Heide Castleman was born and raised in the southwestern part of Germany. She studied at the Corcoran School of Art and The Pennsylvania State University. She has traveled and photographed throughout the United States, Europe, Australia, and the Middle and Far East. Serenity and simplicity are important aspects of her art, which she feels act as a counterbalance to our hectic daily lives. Her work has been exhibited in Randersacker and Munich (Germany), at Schlow Memorial Library in State College, PA, and at Kern Galleries and Ritenour Exhibition Area, both at The Pennsylvania State University.
