BiographyNahosenay Negussie was born in 1987 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He completed his BA in graphic design in 2013 at Allé School of Fine Arts and Design. With the reception of the Japan Fellowship in 2012 his career started to develop quickly, and in the same year he became one of the founding members of Moged Fine Art Studio. He has participated in workshops and charity programs and showed in more than eight group exhibitions, including at the National Museum of Ethiopia, UNECA, Radisson Blue Hotel, and Alliance Ethio-Francis. Negussie worked on several high-profile fine art projects, including a large-scale mural art located at the main building entrance of the Ethiopian foreign affairs office and Jupiter international hotel, and some of his works can be found in public and private art collectors both in Ethiopia and abroad. His work was exhibited in DC in 2017 at the Congress Heights Arts & Culture Center.
