DescriptionEastern Market had always been our favorite place. My friend, Caitlin Rothwell, would commute all the way from Bethesda, Maryland, every Saturday morning to go with me to see the best street vendors in D.C. As a vegan, a street market selling fruits and vegetables is definitely on my list of top places to be. We would eventually make our way to the dresses for sale, trying on this one, or that one; Caitlin always had the best luck with dresses. That particular weekend we strolled over to the jewelry section, and on our way passed these dolls. I told Caitlin she absolutely must go check one out – she went over, and I hurriedly pulled out my camera, and click.
