DescriptionPhotographer Susana Raab took this picture of Eudora Welty’s library at the writer’s home in Jackson, Mississippi, as part of her “Sense of Place” project. The writer’s books fill the wall shelves and lay piled on the settee. Raab also photographed Welty’s garden, piano (also covered with books), and bed, as well as the former homes of Southern writers William Faulkner and Flannery O’Connor.
