DescriptionShot with a Holga camera during a field trip with students from The Field School, this picture offers a delicate view of the open spaces at the National Arboretum. Sprawling over 446 acres in Northeast DC, the Arboretum has offered open spaces and exquisite gardens to District residents and visitors since 1927. To achieve the dark, irregular edges Knaus filed out the metal square opening of the camera’s photographic negative carrier.
