BiographyDi Bagley Stovall, a native of Columbus, Georgia, has been a Washington, DC, resident and participant in the artistic and cultural community since 1967. Her highly praised artwork has been exhibited nationally and internationally. Stovall works with acrylic paint on paper, glass, hand-crafted jewelry, and wooden cabinetry. Stovall studied with Barbara Pound, at Columbus College, and at the Bradley Museum in Columbus, Georgia; the Corcoran School of Art, Washington, DC; and Banff School of Art, Alberta, Canada. With her husband, Lou Stovall, she runs Workshop, Inc., an art press that has published prints by such artists as Jacob Lawrence, Gene Davis, and Sam Gilliam.
