DescriptionRingwald’s work is inspired by vernacular architecture. Sometimes structures get patched. “30 x30 #5” is a take off on that idea. In this piece she abstractly collaged painted, stained and oiled old + new wood, copper (originally part of the Corcoran Gallery of Art roof) + nails.
