DescriptionIt was a wonderful, sweet summer morning. Early June, 2001. A good day to jog on the Capitol grounds. Or maybe sit under a tree and talk. Or paint. A good day to watch the light dance with the shadows and hear the music of the place. The young lady in red and blue sailed by effortlessly, her feet barely touching the path, and smiled when she saw the painter behind the easel. It was the kind of smile that connects and warms. Penetrates. That smile will be forever. Darker times were to descend, but that day will persist. It will live forever with its music and dancing light.
